“ At Jade Dragon , nothing short of spectacular. Fully deserving of its awards and recognition. During our trip, we came here twice. Each time we come to Macau, we never fail to visit Jade dragon . This restaurant sets a ceiling standard for Chinese culinary and experience worldwide. The entire experience was impeccable, led by the team under Thomas (in the picture with me), who himself took care of us each time. I appreciate the warm and hospitable, and personable experience and service rendered by the wait staffs. It always brings us back. The food speaks volume of the standards held, and the chefs which can be seen in the kitchen. The pictures I’ve shared are some of the best dishes I have tried in Jade dragon, and of course there are so many other things to try here. I was wowed by the seasonal soup, and it was top notch. You can depend on the staff to guide you on the menu selection to have an enjoyable experience. There are very greatly executed and recommended items in each section. “ A true three Michelin star restaurant. Very elegant interior, luxury in every detail. There is a lot of crystal, gold, black wood and jade in the décor. Unique cuisine with many rare ingredients you won’t find anywhere else. This is not just food, it’s the combination of TCM and gastronomy. I recommend trying the seahorse soup, it’s a true healing superfood. Geoduck is cooked with perfect technique. Sea cucumber and abalone are prepared extremely professionally. The chicken with black truffle is 100% umami. Every single dish we ordered matched the highest standard. The large tea list will satisfy even a serious connoisseur. The best place in Macau for those who understand what real Cantonese fine dining is. ”
